| 1) Purchase items with PayPal or credit card....or send us a money order with a complete description of what

At this time, we sell ONLY to the 50 U.S. states.
1) Original batiks will be shipped by registered mail, with YOUR signature required! Batiks do not come with stretchers or frames
2) All other items will be sent by U.S.P.S., proof of delivery, unless you specify and pay extra for another shipping method.
3) Purchases paid for online sent only to the verified payment matching address provided by PayPal or 2CheckOut.com
4) Msongs is not responsible for damage occurring in the mail. If you wish to add insurance to your purchase, please contact us by email.
5) Please allow 2 weeks for delivery after receipt of payment.

Returns/refunds -
1) All items sent to you leave us in perfect condition, meeting our high standards! If you are not satisfied with the quality of your stock Msongs item, you may ship it back at your expense, in NEW & UNUSED condition, for exchange only.
2) Shirts must be in pristine condition.
3) Select size carefully. No returns if you order the wrong size. Our shirts are standard sizes and brands (Hanes, Anvil, etc.).
4) Other items may not show any signs of wear and tear. 5) No return, credit, or refund for customized items: shirts, mouse pads, calendars, or any other custom item. 6) We reserve the right to have large orders paid for by mail using money order or cashier's check. |

Art, Design, & Color Issues Unless otherwise stated, images will be ON SHIRT FRONTS only. We strive to match colors on items with what you see on your monitors. Due to color matching issues with monitors & printers, your items may vary slightly from what you saw on your monitor. Please accept our artistic discretion on this issue. To buy an original batik painting you see on our site, call us at 951-788-8327 to confirm its availability and price. |
